Care & Support
Who would you call? Let’s make sure they’d know just what to do.
Care isn’t only hands-on help. Sometimes it’s a ride to an appointment, a weekly check-in, or simply knowing there’s a trusted person to turn to.
Most people can think of someone who would probably help. The more meaningful questions are: Have you asked them? Do they understand what matters to you? Are they willing, able, and prepared to take on that role?
A thoughtful support plan brings those answers into focus early, so the right help is ready whenever it’s needed.

There Is Care, and There Is Caring
Care
Practical, hands-on assistance with health, mobility, personal needs, meals, transportation, household responsibilities, and daily routines.
Caring
The human side of support: someone who listens, checks in, understands your wishes, speaks up for you, and makes sure you never feel alone.
Both matter. A person may have excellent professional care and still feel unheard, or deeply caring family who can’t provide every practical need. The strongest plan builds the right combination of personal relationships, community support, and professional services.
Who Is in Your Circle?
Your First Call
Who would you contact after an unexpected diagnosis, a fall, or a difficult day? Do they know they’re the person you’d call?
Everyday Help
Who could drive you, pick up groceries, help around the home, or check in regularly? Are they nearby and comfortable helping?
Your Advocate
Who understands your values well enough to communicate your wishes and speak up for you? Have you talked with them about what matters most?
Your Sounding Board
Who would help you think through a change in care, housing, or health? Would they know where to find the information and professionals they need?
Your Backup
If your first choice is unavailable or lives far away, is there another person or professional who could step in?
The Right Support, Thoughtfully Arranged
Love is a wonderful foundation. A plan makes sure everyone knows their part, so no one carries it all alone. Every plan is personal; here’s what yours may include.

Your Support Circle
We help you identify the people you trust, what each is willing and able to do, and who can step in as backup. Then we make sure they know your wishes, routines, and where to find what they’ll need.
When Needs Change
Support often grows gradually: rides become meals, meals become personal care. We help you see what’s working, spot the gaps, and prepare for transitions like a hospital stay or a move. The goal isn’t more care than you need. It’s the right support at the right time, revisited as life changes.
Support for Caregivers
Caregiving is meaningful, and it can be a lot to carry. We help share responsibilities, arrange respite, and guide family conversations about who handles what, so one person isn’t holding every detail.
Care, Coordinated
Physicians, pharmacies, home care, transportation, insurance, and senior living each handle one piece. We help you find trusted services, including vetted members of The Longevity Collaborative, and keep communication and next steps moving. We never replace family or professional care; we create the structure that helps everyone support you better.
“Support doesn’t have to take over your life. It should help you keep living it.”
The right help protects independence for longer. A ride keeps you at the activities you love. Help with meals or housekeeping saves your energy for what matters most. And professional care lets family be spouses, children, and friends again, instead of managing every task.

Start With the People, Then Build the Plan
You don’t need to predict exactly what support you may want someday. It helps to know who you trust, what matters to you, and where you’d turn if something changed. A thoughtful plan keeps the person at the center of it all.
The Longevity Project does not provide medical care, hands-on personal care, or other licensed professional services. We help you organize, prepare, plan, identify, and coordinate appropriate professional and community resources.
