About Our Services
The Longevity Project provides planning, education, organization, resource navigation, referrals, implementation support, and professional coordination for adults and their families.
We do not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, insurance, or other licensed professional advice, and we do not provide hands-on personal or medical care. When specialized guidance is needed, we help you identify and connect with qualified professionals.
Using this website, completing a form, or taking the Longevity Snapshot does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and The Longevity Project sign a client agreement, and that agreement governs our services, fees, and cancellation terms.

The Longevity Snapshot and Questionnaires
The Snapshot, quizzes, and other questionnaires are educational tools to help you reflect on your planning. Their results are general suggestions, not a professional assessment, diagnosis, or recommendation.

Prices and service descriptions on this site are provided for general information and may change. Your fees and terms are confirmed before you make any commitment and are set out in your client agreement.
Referrals and Independent Professionals
We may introduce you to professionals and service providers, including members of The Longevity Collaborative. These professionals are independent; they are not employees or agents of The Longevity Project and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
We take care in vetting the professionals we recommend, but we can’t guarantee their services or results. You are always free to choose your own providers. We never accept referral fees. If we recommend someone outside The Longevity Collaborative, we’ll always let you know.
Links and Third-Party Tools
Our site may link to or use third-party websites and tools, such as online forms, scheduling, and our client portal. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
