How we work with you

Your Expertise, Carried Into Action

Your advice stays yours. We never give legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. We help clients understand, organize, and act on the guidance you provide.

Clients follow through. Recommendations often stall between appointments. We help turn them into scheduled, completed next steps.

You stay informed. With your client’s permission, we keep you updated and help everyone work from the same understanding of their goals.

The whole picture is in view. A change in health can affect the home, finances, and family. We look across six areas so important connections aren’t missed.

Our standards

How We Vet Our Partners

Clients trust us to recommend people we know. Every professional in the Collaborative meets the same standards before we ever make an introduction.

We never accept referral fees. Our recommendations are based only on fit.

Occasionally, the best fit for a client’s needs may be a professional outside the Collaborative. When we recommend someone who isn’t a vetted member, we’ll always let the client know.

Clients always choose and contract with professionals directly. Our vetting helps us recommend with confidence, but it isn’t a guarantee of any individual’s services.

StandardWhat we require
CredentialsAn active license or professional credentials in good standing, verified with the issuing authority.
InsuranceCurrent liability insurance: professional liability, or general liability and bonding for in-home services.
Background checkRequired for anyone who provides services in clients’ homes, completed at the partner’s expense or through their organization’s existing screening.
Personal meetingWe meet every partner personally before making any introduction.
ReferencesTwo professional references or letters of recommendation.
Ongoing reviewAn annual review, informed by client feedback, to keep our standards high.
