The Longevity Project (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you share with us. When you complete a contact or consultation form, take the Longevity Snapshot or another questionnaire, book an appointment, or email or call us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and the details you choose to share about your planning needs.
Information from clients. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to provide your services, such as your plan details, priorities, appointments, and the names and contact details of family members or professionals you ask us to involve. Client information is kept in our private client portal.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and general location, through cookies or similar tools. This helps us understand how the site is used and keep it working well.
Please be thoughtful about sensitive details. The Longevity Project is not a healthcare provider, and our website forms are not intended for detailed medical, financial, or legal information. Please share those details with us directly during a consultation instead.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only in these situations:
With your permission. For example, when you ask us to connect you with a professional or service provider, or to include a family member in your planning.
With service providers who help us operate. These include website hosting, online forms, scheduling, email, and client portal services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
When required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our clients, our business, or others.
When we introduce you to a member of The Longevity Collaborative or another professional, we share only what is needed for that introduction, and only with your consent. Those professionals are independent and follow their own privacy practices.
